Refund & Returns Policy

Your Legal Right to Return

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the legal right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days for any reason, with no penalty. This right applies across the European Union and is extended voluntarily to all our UK customers.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. The product must be:

• In its original, unopened, and unused condition
• In its original packaging (capsules must not be opened)
• Unbroken and undamaged

2. Get return instructions: We'll provide you with a return address and shipping label (if applicable)
3. Ship your return: Send the package back to us in its original condition
4. Receive your refund: Upon inspection, we'll process your refund within 14 days

Return Shipping Costs

Standard returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is faulty or we made an error).

Faulty or damaged products: If the product arrives damaged or proves to be faulty, we will provide a prepaid return label and refund your shipping costs.

Cancellation Before Delivery

What Happens During Inspection

When we receive your return, we inspect it for:

• Original packaging integrity
• Unopened condition (capsule blister must be sealed)
• Absence of damage or wear

Once confirmed, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exceptions to Returns

We cannot accept returns of:

• Opened capsule blister packs (food safety regulation)
• Products clearly showing signs of use or consumption
• Damaged packaging with evidence of tampering

This is a standard food safety requirement for consumable supplements.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• Card payments: Credit/debit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days
• Cash on delivery: Bank transfer refunds (we'll request your details)

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or with manufacturing issues, please contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We will:

• Provide a prepaid return label
• Refund your full purchase and return shipping costs
• Process your refund within 7 business days
